During this period, any defects in workmanship or materials will be addressed by our team at no additional cost to you. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It covers the specific work that was performed by Artistic Staining and does not extend to areas that were not treated by our team.
Please note that our warranty does not cover issues arising from improper maintenance, misuse, or alterations made to the work by others. Additionally, areas with visible excess moisture and from grade to 18" are excluded from the Warranty. It is important to maintain the treated areas as per our guidelines to ensure the longevity of the work. Regular inspections and maintenance are recommended to keep your surfaces in optimal condition.
